The cable-stayed bridge over the Santa Catarina River, currently under construction, will connect Parque Fundidora with Parque España, with completion expected by the end of 2024.
The renovation of Parque Fundidora is underway, with improvements including new green areas, sports and cultural spaces, as well as the construction of a museum, a baseball stadium, and a convention center.
The construction of Metro Line 4, which will connect Monterrey International Airport with the city center, is ongoing and expected to be completed by 2025.

Creation of Public Spaces: The creation of new public spaces for the enjoyment of citizens and visitors is planned, such as the Water Park in Macroplaza and the Cultural Space "La Alianza" in the former Cuauhtémoc Brewery.
